Indian furniture by FM Logistic
Pepperfry, a furniture and home products marketplace in India, has contracted French FM Logistic in order to provide omnichannel logistics and fulfilment services in the subcontinent’s western region.
From Pepperfry Bhiwandi warehouse, 50 km northeast of Mumbai, FM Logistic will carry out warehouse operations and fulfil omnichannel orders. The products will be delivered to Pepperfry Studios and distribution centres across India, using its last-mile delivery network.
The Indian furniture market is projected to grow from USD 21 billion in 2018 to more than USD 31 billion by 2024. (sh)
