Increasing operating capacity in Ontario

Manitoulin Transport is opening a new terminal in Peterborough, Ontario (Canada). The facility will increase operating capacity by more than 30%, supporting the company’s effort to provide more direct service coverage. Additional staff will be hired to manage increased volumes.

The new Peterborough terminal is part of Manitoulin’s extensive network of 82 terminals across Canada. The hub offers increased shipping capabilities, improved shipment handling, 940 sqm of cross-dock and office space, ten dock doors and outdoor ramp as well as eleven employees (up from nine) to manage increased volumes.
