Increased capacity in the Benelux countries
Contargo Road Logistics has acquired the Dutch transport company HE-Logistics. HE-Logistics offers container transport with its own and chartered trucks, as well as reefer and trailer, groupage and conventional transport services. T
he aim of the takeover is to broaden its footprint, particularly in the Netherlands, Contargo says. The company’s product portfolio will also be expanded to include trailer and reefer transports in the Benelux countries and Europe.
HE-Logistics will continue to operate under the name Contargo HE-Logistics. Hennie van der Graaf will work for Contargo HE-Logistics as managing director, reporting to Marcel Hulsker and Cor Bakker. (ben)
