Inauguration of new logistics centre at Brussels airport
Eight months after the laying of the first stone, Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) has opened an 8,700 sqm logistics building at Brussels airport, developed by Montea. The new building is part of an ambitious development project within the cargo zone of Brussels airport. On the western side, a 50,000 sqm building will be built in the coming months. In total, EUR 100 million will be invested in the cargo zone until 2021.
"This new building is important for the Belgian logistics sector. It fits in perfectly with our strategy for the sustainable development of the logistics activities of Brussels Airport,” explains Arnaud Feist, CEO of Brussels Airport Company. (ah)
