Lufthansa Cargo now markets the freight capacities of the new long-haul flights operated by Eurowings Discover, a new Lufthansa Group tourist airline. The German cargo carrier has thus added further frequencies directly from its Frankfurt (FRA) hub to the range of services it offers. Initially, flights to the Dominican Republic (Punta Cana / PUJ), Kenya (Mombasa / MBA), Namibia (Windhoek / WDH) and Tanzania (Zanzibar / ZNZ) will expand the offer.
Lufthansa Cargo COO Ashwin Bhat said that “these additional frequencies complement our connections nicely and help our customers in times of scarce capacities. We’re also pleased to be able to contribute to the success of Eurowings Discover by marketing its capacities.” (ah)
