ICTSI secures Metrobank loan
International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), a major global terminal operator, has obtained a USD 750 million loan from Metropolitan Bank & Trust (Metrobank), marking the largest credit facility secured by ICTSI and the largest bilateral facility extended by Metrobank.
The six-year loan will support ICTSI's worldwide port operations expansion, including refinancing short-term obligations and strategic mergers and acquisitions.
This partnership underscores ICTSI's commitment to enhancing its terminals globally and pursuing growth opportunities. The loan aligns with both companies' strategic development plans and contributes to the broader economic growth. (pb)
