Iberia to add IAD
Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) in USA has announced that Iberia Airlines will begin a nonstop service between Madrid (Spain) and IAD from 1 May 2020 with four A330 flights per week, expanding to five flights a week from 6 July 2020.
Yil Surehan, VP airline business development for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority: "Iberia is the 14th European carrier to join the Dulles International family, continuing the airport’s legacy of offering unparalleled connectivity from the national capital region to Europe and beyond."
With its new nonstop service to Madrid, Iberia joins 35 other air carriers offering more than 70 daily flights to 57 nonstop international destinations from the primary international airport in the national capital region. (ah)
