IAG Cargo: between Catalonia and California
IAG Cargo, the cargo division of International Airlines Group, has launched a new route between Barcelona (BCN) and Los Angeles (LAX) and restarted its popular route between Barcelona and San Francisco (SFO), for the first time since the end of September 2021.
From Barcelona, IAG’s long-haul airline Level will operate four weekly flights to Los Angeles International Airport and four weekly flights to San Francisco International Airport. Level will use Airbus A330-200 aircraft, with the capacity to hold up to 14 t of cargo.
IAG Cargo now has over 700 weekly connections between Europe, UK and USA. These routes facilitate the transportation of high value items that are vital to the global economy including, textiles, electronics, automotive parts and biomedical technology. (cj)
