Hupac steps up its Barcelona services
Intermodal solutions for the Spanish market: The Swiss Intermodal operator Hupac is augmenting its offering on its Spanish network with more departures from and to Barcelona.
As of 25 April 2022, Hupac will be offering five roundtrips per week between Barcelona El Morrot and its hub in Busto Arsizio-Gallarate in Italy. From there, customers can reach a dozen of destinations in Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Scandinavia and many more, the company said.
The shuttle service between Italy and Spain saves 0.8 t CO2 compared to road haulage. The train will depart every day from Monday to Friday. Closing time in Busto-Arisio is 17.00 h and in Barcelopna at 12.00 h. The service is accessible to C64/C45 loads. (ben)
