Hupac starts 2025 with four new shuttle services
On 1 January the Swiss intermodal specialist activated a shuttle train between the industrial areas of Ghent (Belgium) and Piadena, southeast of Milan (Italy), with an initial three roundtrips a week.
The second new service includes a train linking Zeebrugge CLdN (Belgium) to Piacenza (Italy) with three to four roundtrips weekly. To improve its pan-Italy services, Hupac has increased its short-haul shuttle between Busto Arsizio and Padova from four to six roundtrips a week.
In addition the intermodal operator Hupac now also serves the Cologne North transhipment facility (Germany), which will increase the frequency of its connections to and from Malmö (Sweden). (ben)
