Hubtex acquires Genkinger
The Hubtex Group has acquired 100% of the shares in Genkinger, aiming to strengthen its international presence and enhance synergies.
The integration brings together expertise in industrial forklifts, special vehicles and attachments. Hubtex wants to retain and expand the existing teams at all of the sites, as a part of its growth strategy. Genkinger, with more than 100 years of history in customised industrial truck manufacturing, will gain access to Hubtex’s global resources and network.
As the company reported, the acquisition consolidates Hubtex’s position as a supplier of handling solutions for long, heavy and bulky goods, expanding its range of products and services. (js)
