Hoyer expanding in Latin America
The German logistician Hoyer has acquired the Chilean company Inter-Tank.
The takeover will enable Hoyer to strengthen its presence in Chile and internationally, as well as its capabilities in the liquid bulk and flexi-tank logistics sector. Inter-Tank is renowned provider of flexi-tank logistics solutions in South America. With Inter-Tank’s thermoliner technology, Hoyer can now offer new innovations to its customers first-hand at a global level.
Additionally, the Hoyer Group opened an office in Colombia in February, focusing on the ISO tank business there and offering a portfolio that includes flexi-tank, gas, IBC tote and trucking services. (ben)
