Innovate Freight Talent exhibited and also presented a seminar on finding the best logistics talents at Multimodal, an annual supply chain conference and logistics exposition. This year’s event, which took place at NEC Birmingham UK, featured over 300 exhibitors and was attended by forwarders, shippers and other supply chain professionals.
Founder Richard Litchfield’s seminar focused on attracting talent to the industry in challenging times, which generated valuable and productive conversations between the team and senior executives in the logistics industry.
Litchfield has a deep understanding of the unique challenges of recruiting for the sector, having entered the logistics sector more than 25 years ago, with experience in senior management roles including at Kuehne + Nagel. (cj)
