Homing in on Ho Chi Minh City
Earlier this week, International Cargo Logistics (ICL) opened a new hub in Vietnam’s capital city, where the company aims to expand its multimodal portfolio. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, ICL can access important shipping routes via the Saigon Port Network and leverage Vietnam’s strategic position at the South China Sea Route.
The logistics provider is looking to build on its multimodal service offerings and cater to e-commerce clients in particular. From here, ICL also plans to increase its presence in Southeast Asia.
The opening follows a recent expansion in the Netherlands, now bringing ICL’s network to ten global offices. The Heathrow-based logistics company is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. (mk)
