HFW: a partner and an associate for Paris office
Global, sector-focused law firm HFW continues to expand its global shipping and export finance practices, with partner Paolo Pinna and associate Constance Ollat joining the company from Norton Rose Fulbright on 2 May.
These new appointments follow HFW's recent recruitment of a ship finance team in Piraeus led by partners Robin Parry and Ronan Le Du, and its recruitment in Paris of an international arbitration team led by partners Julien Fouret and Gaëlle Le Quillec, of M&A.
HFW also recently hired private equity partner Thomas Forin, and “of counsel” Armelle Loste, an attorney who is not a partner in the firm and who specialises in restructuring issues.
HFW has been advising clients in the shipping industry on the full range of dry shipping, admiralty and crisis management, and transactional work for more than 140 years, and has over 200 shipping lawyers and master mariners worldwide. (cj)
