Handing over a Hesse hub
Four Parx, a German logistics real estate developer, has announced a new tenant for its industrial park in Hesse. Located in the heart of the Rhine-Main-region, the site, which comprises three buildings with a total area of 7,100 sqm, will be leased to a public corporation and used as a sustainable and central hub.
The property is divided into 5,800 sqm of hall space and 1,309 sqm of office space. Construction began in Q3/2020 and was completed within three years.
The Weiterstadt industrial park is close to the motorway, Frankfurt’s international airport, and the local railway network. With a sustainable building concept and a planned photovoltaics system, the hub’s design aims to minimise the impact on the environment. A potential 612 kVA could be sourced from the solar panel system. Handover is planned for the first quarter of 2024. (mk)
