GW handles spring surge
With the spring season driving up e-commerce demand, garden equipment specialist Fuxtec relies on logistics partner Gebrüder Weiss (GW) to ensure deliveries.
At Fuxtec’s 12,000 m² logistics centre in Simmozheim (Germany), goods are packed and picked up daily by Gebrüder Weiss for final processing and distribution, through its Esslingen facility.
During peak periods up to 100 parcels are shipped per day. In Germany, deliveries are made in 24 hours; in other European countries in 48 hours.
Fuxtec monitors orders through the ‘My GW’ portal. The service contributes to customer satisfaction: 98% of reviews on fuxtec.de award five stars.
