Gustav Seeland wins award
At the presentation of the award of the German federal working group heavy transport and crane work (BSK) in Rostock-Warnemünde (Germany) Gustav Seeland was again on the winners’ rostrum and won the first prize. The company was honoured for the development of a special steel construction to replace drive shafts for an aluminium plant in a very small space.
When taking its decision, the jury took into account the work carried out under the most challenging conditions, the degree of innovation and the short time frame in which the order had to be completed. The prize is awarded for innovation and excellent achievements in heavy cargo logistics.
Johann Evers, managing director of Gustav Seeland, sees the award as a recognition for himself and his entire team. “We are pleased that we could demonstrate our expertise and our excellent team performance by accomplishing this difficult project. We take this award as a motivation to improve our work even further.” (mw)
