Greencarrier sets up shop in Tianjin
Greencarrier Freight Services has strengthened its position in mainland China by opening up a new office in Tianjin. The new office, the seventh in the country, will be led by Helena Wang, who currently works as operations manager in Greencarrier's Qingdao office.
The Tianjin office in northeastern China is intended to take over some of the functions of the Qingdao office.
Christopher Linden, general manager for Central/North China, said: “The new office in Tianjin provides good opportunities for growth in both imports and exports and takes us much closer to the market and customers.
Many industries export large volumes from Tianjin, giving us a good basis for growing the pipeline and for future growth through increased local commercial efforts and in collaboration with our global Greencarrier network.” (mw)
