Green light for Panattoni Park Frankfurt Süd
The project developer Panattoni Europe will build the Logistics Park Frankfurt Süd (Germany) as an offer to prospective lessees. On a total rentable area of about 20,500 sqm the company will erect about 18,500 sqm of logistics space, around 770 sqm of office premises and recreational areas as well as 40 parking spaces for vehicles.
The real estate is immediately adjacent to the motorway and only 40 minutes away from Frankfurt airport. "The Rhine-Main logistics region is an essential gateway for goods flows throughout Europe. At the same time, there has been a shortage of suitable real estate for years, despite growing demand. We are pleased to build the Logistics Park Frankfurt Süd in this location with its excellent connections to transport networks,” says Fred-Markus Bohne, managing partner at Panattoni Europe.
Panattoni Europe will start building the logistics facility at the end of 2019. Completetion is planned for the third quarter of 2020. (mw)
