Green Cargo improves its network
The Swedish carrier is investing in a more robust and reliable network. Starting with the timetable shift in 2025, the new network will enable shorter lead times, increase the number of departures, reduce susceptibility to disruptions, and improve punctuality, the Swedish carrier said.
In the new network, traffic will be strengthened in the corridors where the major freight flows are transported. One important measure for shortening lead times and improving punctuality is to streamline shunting to fewer locations and reduce manual handling, Green Cargo explain. (ben)
