Globe Air Cargo Cambodia appointed GSSA
ECS Group’s subsidiary, Globe Air Cargo Cambodia, has been appointed GSSA for Air Premia in Cambodia and Myanmar.
Cargo will be routed via Bangkok to destinations including Seoul, Tokyo Narita and major US hubs such as Los Angeles, San Francisco and Newark. The South Korean carrier operates Boeing B787s from Bangkok with 15-18 t of cargo capacity per flight.
Exports will focus on garments, electronics, textiles and agricultural goods, while inbound flows will include perishables, like mangoes. The ECS Group will support the partnership with its digital tools for pricing, analytics and booking.
“This partnership highlights our agility in growth markets,” said ECS Group CEO Jean Ceccaldi. Regional vice-president Noor Azizah added that “we’re excited to unlock new opportunities for Air Premia in Asia.” (ah)
