Generix Group promotes Aïda Collette-Sène
Generix Group, a global provider of collaborative SaaS Software solutions for the supply chain, has appointed Aïda Collette-Sène as president & CEO and chairman of the board. She succeeds Jean-Charles Deconninck.
This appointment is part of a realignment of the group’s shareholding structure and its delisting from the stock market as a result of the simplified takeover bid initiated by Montefiore Investment, Pléiade Investissement and Generix Group's management through New Gen Holding.
Following several roles in large North American consulting firms, Collette-Sène joined a CGI subsidiary in 1996 before being appointed CEO France in 2007. She took part in the merger with Logica, of which she was senior vice president until 2018. Collette-Sène joined Generix Group as managing director in 2018. (cj)
