GDP certification for Thai Cargo
Varangkana Luerojvong, head of the aviation business unit at Thai Airways International, the airline's warehouse at Bangkok airport has been assessed and awarded Good Distribution Practices (GDP) certification in accordance with WHO standards. She added that the assessment was conducted and approved by SGS (Thailand).
The warehouse features facilities to store products that must be kept at a controlled temperature such as pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.
Thai Cargo offers a temperature-controlled warehouse area situated in the customs free zone. This is an advantage especially when transporting pharmaceutical products and/or medical supplies as they will be well protected from high temperatures during the transport process. (ah)
