FUSO eCanter to improve the air in nine European cities
Daimler Truck’s all-electric FUSO eCanter has arrived in Scandinavia - Europe's frontrunner in terms of sustainability. Two vehicles are now being operated by the transport companies "Citylogistik" and "Aarstiderne" in Denmark's capital Copenhagen. Both firms aim at reducing CO2 emissions and changing transport logistics within the urban environment.
The all-electric light-duty truck is FUSO’s answer to the public’s need for a zero-emission and zero-noise truck for inner-city distribution. The FUSO eCanter is now already running in nine European cities: Germany, UK, France, Portugal, the Netherlands and Denmark. The vehicle has a range of 100 km and weighs 7.49 t. (ben)
