Further routes from China to Finland

Nurminen Logistics’ Chinese container train traffic volumes tripled during 2020. To meet the increased demand, the company will open three new train routes from China to Finland with a Suzhou, Ningbo and Jinan line.

On 19 January 2021, the first train left Suzhou bound for Helsinki. The Ningbo and Jinan routes will come on stream in February. Nurminen Logistics started regular container train services from Finland to China in 2018, when the Hefei route was opened.

In autumn 2020, cooperation with the Port of Narvik followed, and Chongqing’s route connection was quickly established with weekly departures. Suzhou, Ningbo, and Jinan are new routes now in early 2021, and Nurminen Logistics is planning to introduce more routes in the future. (ben)
