Fun and games in Mexico City

Mexico City will host Maersk’s newest partnership in the local supply chain and logistics market. The company is working with Bandai Namco, a toy and game manufacturer, to support its distribution operations.

Strategically located in the northern part of the city, the facility serves as a hub for preparing deliveries to all of Bandai's customers in Mexico. It includes sorting, storage, cross-docking, inventory management, as well as value-added services such as labelling, packaging, and many more.

Maersk's footprint spans over 150,000 sqm in the country, where it has access to terminals, rail transport, and storage facilities. The partnership will enable Bandai to enter new markets and rely on Maersk’s expertise.

Meanwhile, the logistics provider continues to expand its offerings in Mexico, with a particular focus on cross-border trade with the USA. (mk)
