From XI’an to Amsterdam in 17 days
As of 1 September 2020, Dutch forwarder Nunner logistics will join forces with its partners Tiedada and TMA to launch a new intermodal service between China and the Netherlands with further connection to London, UK by short sea.
The new train will run directly between Xi’an and Amsterdam via Ukraine and Slawkow in Poland, avoiding bottlenecks at Maszewicze on the border to Belarus. It is Nummer’s first extended service from China via Amsterdam to London and will be operated weekly.
Transit time from Xi’an to Slawkow is ten days, to Amsterdam 17 days, from where the cargo takes another day to reach London. (ben)
