From Palletforce to Kinaxia
The board of Kinaxia, a UK-based transport and logistics provider, welcomes Michael Conroy as its new CEO. During his career, Conroy worked as CEO for Palletforce for 13 years, where he led the express freight distribution network through a period of expansion, increasing its turnover from GBP 20 million to GBP 200 million.
Conroy oversaw a GBP 100 million strategic investment in the Palletforce business, including the creation of its Super Hub, pioneered award-winning technology and innovation, led the collaboration of over 100 top UK regional hauliers, and was integral in the creation of EV Cargo UK in 2018.
That was followed by a period as CEO of Networks for Culina Group, where Conroy led the company’s digital transformation, focusing on cost reduction, enhanced productivity, and new commercial opportunities. (cj)
