From Lufthansa Cargo to ACL Airshop
ACL Airshop, which provides air cargo ULD logistics solutions for over 200 airlines, air cargo carriers, and other transportation customers, has named Bernhard Kindelbacher as chief executive officer, effective 1 March 2024. He succeeds Steve Townes, who has been appointed vice chairman after nine years as CEO.
Kindelbacher is a senior veteran in the air cargo industry, having held worldwide executive positions at Lufthansa Cargo for over 30 years. In his last role, he was managing director for all the carrier’s cargo operations in the USA and Canada.
ACL Airshop recently celebrated its 40th anniversary, and serves cargo clients on six continents. (cj)
