From Greenwich to Greenville
ACL Airshop, a global provider of ULD logistics solutions to over 200 airlines, air cargo carriers and other logistics clients, has been acquired by Alinda Capital Partners. Details of the transaction were not disclosed, but the current management and operations team remains in place.
Based in Greenwich, CT, Alinda is a global independent investment firm focused on mid-market infrastructure assets that provide essential services. Its businesses serve over 100 million customers annually.
