French group, Italian subsidiary
Hardis Group, a French consulting and IT company, has set up a new Italian subsidiary for its logistics software services by acquiring a majority stake in Hardis Italia and taking over its operations based in Milan.
The Italian subsidiary has been an integrator partner for Hardis’ Reflex software suite. The Reflex business unit was founded in 1994 and now serves over 25 countries with its logistics management software. Hardis Italia has a team of Reflex-trained logistics experts as well as a customer base in manufacturing, luxury goods, and other sectors.
Hardis Group, which has recently expanded in Spain, the Netherlands, and Poland, now seeks to triple sales in Italy over the next two years. The local team, led by Luca Proietto as COO and Filippo Ratti as CCO, will aim to enhance Reflex services in the country. (mk)
