Franck Jung reaches out to Paris
In France, the transport company Jacquemin has been taken over by Franck Jung Transports. Jacquemin specialises in the distribution of palletised freight and owns a cross-dock platform of more than 2,000 sqm. It is Frank Jung’s second acquisition after taking over Transport Baudet-Lemaitre in 2020, which added pallet distribution and last-mile logistics to the company’s portfolio.
“This takeover was an opportunity to increase our network, while offering our customers a global offer ranging from a full truck to a single parcel,” says Franck Jung. The group's regional outreach now also covers the Paris region and the Lille metropolitan area. It now has a hundred employees and 90 vehicles. It aims to achieve a turnover of EUR 10 million in 2022. (sh)
