Fourteen units for Dagenham
Glencar has completed 14 grade A logistics units at Dagenham for a repeat customer to serve the Greater London area. Developed at the Dagenham logistics hub for Chancerygate, the units are in a range of sizes, from 600 sqm up to 3235 sqm, and may be used for diverse operations in the industrial or warehousing business.
Glencar has also fitted them with PV panels, EV charging points, high-performance building fabric and secure cycle storage, thus achieving Breeam Excellent as well as an EPC rating of A+ for each unit. The development in Dagenham was sold by Chancerygate to Padrock, an investment manager, in June 2022.
