Forthcoming amendment to K+N board
Jürgen Fitschen and Hans Lerch, who have served on the board of directors of Kuehne + Nagel International (K+N) for eleven and 14 years respectively, will step down at the company’s annual general meeting on 7 May 2019, and not stand for re-election to the said board.
David Kamenetzky has been nominated for election to the K+N board of directors. Kamenetzky is currently a member of the executive board of management of Anheuser-Busch Inbev, and was previously an executive board member of the confectionary company Mars.
Kamenetzky studied economics at the University of St Gallen (Switzerland), and obtained and MSc in foreign relations from Georgetown University (USA). Kamenetzky,a German and Swiss citizen, resides in the USA. (mw)
