For Vietnam's e-vehicle manufacturer
The shipper Vinfast, Vietnam’s first global electric vehicle manufacturer, is banking on Inform's AI-based optimisation software for its electric vehicle logistics management.
This new partnership will help the manufacturer to closely monitor the delivery status of the vehicles from production to delivery. Transport management software (TMS) and a vehicle yard management system (YMS) are part the package.
Major ports in USA, Canada, Europe, and Vietnam will benefit from these solutions that also optimise yard management, workshop scheduling activities, workforce management, and route planning for logistics service providers. The system will first be rolled out in USA, Canada, and Vietnam. Full implementation is projected to be in place across Vinfast’s entire ecosystem within 18-24 months. (sh)
