For luxury in Latin America
Cosmetics retailer Sephora, an affiliate of LVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton), recently inked a new five-year contract with Ceva Logistics, an affiliate of CMA CGM, for activities in Latin America.
Ceva has been working with Sephora for its 39 retail stores and studios in Brazil since 2015, adding logistics support for the company’s full online service in 2017. The logistics support is managed from two multi-user distribution centres near Sao Paulo. Services include inbound, warehousing, e-commerce fulfilment, outbound and reverse logistics.
João Bittencourt, Sephora’s vice president for finance and operations: "We decided to continue this partnership because Ceva has shown its interest and effort to reach Sephora's business goals in Brazil by supporting us in our operational progress and development.” (sh)
