Focus on leasing business
Suttons International is acquiring ISO tank containers, personnel and overseas customer contracts from VTG Tanktainer, including VTG's shares in the Brazilian JV Mission Line. VTG's stake in the Cosco VTG Tanktainer JV to serve the Chinese market is not included in the Suttons transaction, a statement said.
Suttons International is part of the British Suttons Group. The logistics and supply chain specialist provides end-to-end solutions for liquid, gaseous and powdered goods.
With the sale of its overseas activities, VTG Tanktainer will focus on the global leasing of tank containers in future. (ben
