Flash Europe takes over Speed Pack
Flash Europe, a Luxembourg-based provider of on-demand transports, has taken over the express logistics company Speed Pack Europe. With this transaction Flash Europe paves the way for a further internationalisation and growth of the company and the entire Redspher group.
Until now, Flash Europe has run its own office with seven employees in Barcelona. Now it adds the staff of Speed Pack’s offices in Barcelona and Morocco to its network. The group will rely on local expertise to integrate the company and develop the Spanish market. All Speed Pack's 20 employees, without exception, will be taken over by the group.
Speed Pack was founded in 2005 and generated a turnover of EUR 10 million last year. (mw)
