First WAL mentorship programme goes live

Women in Aviation and Logistics (WAL), which promotes gender equality in the air cargo industry, has launched a mentorship scheme, matching 27 industry executives - 16 women and eleven men - with aspiring female professionals from across the globe.

The programme is designed to encourage and empower female professionals who will be the future heads of cargo companies and board members. The free-to-join programme will run until April.
