First of 120 e-trucks delivered to Duvenbeck

The German automotive logistics specialist recently put the first Man e-truck into service. The ultra-low liner eTGX semitrailer tractor has been specially developed for the loading volume requirements of automotive logistics and is set to make Volkswagen’s plant logistics more climate-friendly in future.

In accordance with the letter of intent (LOI) signed by both parties, Duvenbeck plans to put up to 120 units of the Man eTGX into service by 2026. The company will use these e-trucks for VW’s plant logistics in various areas of its forwarding network in the German Rhine-Ruhr region and Benelux. The Man eTGX is being deployed at Duvenbeck by the CV rental group TIP. (ben)
