Finnair Cargo continues to grow
Finnair's available scheduled cargo tonne kilometres increased by 18.4% year-on-year in March 2019. Revenue scheduled cargo tonne kilometres rose by 19.6%, predominantly driven by the strong positive cargo market development in Japan and the Nordic countries.
Year-to-date, Europe tonnage vaulted by 89.4% to 7,300 t, North Atlantic volumes (2,100 t) grew by 24.3% and traffic to/from Asia climbed by 20.3% to 28,000 t.
