Film and events logistics Down Under

With the acquisition of two New Zealand forwarders (Auckland-based Time Frame Logistics and Wellington-based Xtreme Forwarding), Global Critical Logistics (GCL) aims to expand in Asia Pacific.

Time Frame has previously worked with GCL’s Rock-it Global. The company specialises in live event logistics and will be newly branded as Rock-it Global New Zealand. Xtreme Forwarding has been active in film and TV transportation for 42 years. It will operate under its own brand alongside Dynamic International, a GCL company serving film and TV customers.

“Acquiring these two New Zealand companies with capabilities in our core end markets strengthens our geographic footprint in a key cornerstone of the Asia-Pacific region, while also giving us direct access to local customers seeking to grow beyond their home markets,” said Daniel Rosenthal, President and CEO, GCL.
