Fiege's five AI rules
Based on the EU's artificial intelligence act, Fiege Group, which is headquartered in Greven, Westphalia, has developed five guidelines to regulate the use of AI within its own organisation. The guidelines are intended to harmonise AI with the company’s activities in five different aspects and ensure that decisions based on algorithms and artificial intelligence can be understood and explained at all times.
In its regulations, Fiege has focused on explainability, transparency, fairness, data protection and robustness. This should make sure that the positive effects of the technology can be balanced with the risks. "For our company, we will consider only those applications that meet these five requirements," says Kenza Ait Si Abbou, board member and CTO at Fiege. (mk)
