FedEx makes key appointments in Apac region
FedEx has strengthened its Asia Pacific leadership team to drive growth and innovation.
Marcus Balzereit (left) has been named Senior Vice President, APAC Sales & Solutions, leading a 2,000-strong team to expand market share and deliver customised solutions. Rumana Rahman has been appointed Vice President, APAC Human Resources, focusing on talent development and evolving workforce strategies to meet diverse market needs. Shanker Venkateswaran takes over as Vice President, APAC Planning & Engineering, tasked with optimising operations through network design, digitisation and automation.
All three bring decades of experience across logistics, human resources and technology sectors. Kawal Preet, President of Asia Pacific at FedEx, said the new appointments reflect the company’s commitment to empowering teams with agility and innovation to drive long-term success in the fast-evolving APAC region.
