Fast intermodal service to Puerto Rico
STG USA and Tote Maritime have joined forces to launch a new rail-focused shipping solution to and from the island of Puerto Rico from anywhere in the USA and Canada.
The partnership aligns STG’s vast network of inland routes, ramp access, rail relationships, and 15,000 pieces of state-of-the-art equipment nationwide with Totes’s three-day transit time. The result is a significant reduction in transit times from most origins on the continent. The new transport solution is now the fastest rail-focused service, the two partners highlighted in a joint media release. (ben)
