Extension at Prague airport
Cargo-partner recently started operations at a 1,400 sqm temperature-controlled warehouse near Prague airport. The facility has 1,800 slots for storing pallets at a 2°C - +8°C temperature range. The company is using the warehouse in response to the demands of its Czech food industry clients.
The new storage site provides optimal conditions for milk, meat, bakery, beverages, fruit and vegetables in primary packaging, as well as other goods requiring temperature-controlled storage. The platform has 25 loading ramps, 10 m headroom and a 5 t/sqm floor load capacity.
The logistics centre, which is geared to catering for a large number of customers, is suitable for cross-docking, vendor-managed inventories and comprehensive order processing. (mw)
