Expanding services along the Kazakh transit corridor
KTZ Express has opened a branch in Xian in the province of Shaanxi in central China. With the new office, the Kazakh railfreight company intends to gain more cargo for shipments from China to Europe along the Kazakh transport corridor.
KTZ Express has already integrated 17 Chinese provinces as well as Vietnam, Korea, Europe and destinations on the Persian Gulf into its container transport network.
Rail journeys along the Kazakh transport corridor take nine to fifteen days from the China’s provinces to countries in Europe and six to eight days from China to Central Asia and Russia, KTZ Express says. (ben)
