Expanding fleet and business
Thermologistic is investing in its vehicle fleet. The Frankfurt (Germany)-based global logistics company is acquiring 19 Euro 6 tractor units and two special trailers for the price of EUR 2.2 million.
At the same time, the company is creating five additional jobs by hiring new truck drivers. By investing in machinery and personnel, Thermologistic aims to increase its turnover by around 15% in the medium term.
With the new vehicles, the fleet will grow to a total of 30 tractor units and 40 trailers. Delivery of the new trucks is scheduled to be completed this summer. Twelve of the new vehicles are from DAF, seven from Volvo. (ben)
