Expanded trucking services during Corona crisis
As of now, InstaFreight is offering customers stable overland transport for the supply chains from China to Europe and vice versa. Chains in both directions have been strongly affected by the Coronavirus. With this newly added service, the German-based forwarder is maintaining the supply chain and ensuring that important commodities quickly make their way to Europe.
InstaFreight is thus expanding its service portfolio during the crisis and supplementing air and rail transports on this relation with trucks. InstaFreight acts as a freight forwarder and operates a partner network of over 12,000 transport companies in the Eurasian region via its digital platform solution. Some partners are also active on the Silk Road. The transit time for transport amounts to 20-22 days. (ben)
